Do you require a minimum to rent from you?

We don’t currently have a minimum requirement to rent from us. If you just need one sofa or chair for your event or photoshoot, you’re welcome to rent it! All orders less
than $500 before tax must be picked up and dropped off at our showroom.

Do you offer delivery and pick up?

We sure do! Orders over $500 (before tax and fees) within 35 miles of our showroom qualify for us to Deliver and Pick up. Orders more than 35 miles from our showroom require a $750 rental minimum. Our Delivery fees are calculated based on distance/time from our showroom to your event location, size of the order, and any special circumstances (i.e. stairs, elevators, narrow doorways/hallways, large field to walk across, etc.). Let us know any details related to the delivery and we’ll make sure you get an accurate Delivery and Pick up quote!

Am I allowed to pick up my order?

Yes! As long as you have the means to transport the order (proper enclosed vehicle, blankets/tie downs, and are able to lift/load furniture), then you’re welcome to schedule a time to pick up and drop off at our showroom in Yadkinville. All pick ups and drop offs must be coordinated with us ahead of time.

Can I come see your inventory in person?

Of course! We’d be happy to show you around our showroom and let you view our inventory. Let us know you’re interested in coming to the showroom and we can schedule an appointment for you. It’s always helpful if you take a look at our inventory online before coming in, but not required!

It’s simple! Pick out the items you’re interested in from our rental inventory by starting a Wishlist. Submit your Wishlist to us and we'll create a custom quote for you. You’re also welcome to reach out to us if you need help picking out items!

How do I reserve my order?

Once you’ve confirmed your event details and agree to the quote, we’ll send you a Rental Agreement to sign. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due when you sign the contract to officially book your rental. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. If your event is less than 30 days out, then the full amount will be due up front to book the rental.

In addition to the rental price, every order is charged North Carolina sales tax (6.75%
in Yadkin County) and a mandatory non-refundable Damage Waiver. The Damage Waiver is not insurance; it covers general wear and tear of our pieces but not gross negligence – such as spilled wine or pieces not protected from inclement weather. The Damage Waiver is 10% of the order total for orders delivered and picked up by us, and 15% for orders picked up and dropped off by the client.

Do you allow rentals to be used outdoors?

Yes, our rentals can be used outdoors as long as there’s no inclement weather and a back-up plan is in place to get the pieces inside in case the weather becomes inclement. We don’t allow pieces to be left outdoors unsecured overnight or for an extended period of time.

How far do you deliver?

We primarily serve the Triad and anywhere in North Carolina from the mountains to the coast. Feel free to ask us about your specific venue! Delivery fees are subject to increase based on distance from our showroom to the event location and whether or not overnight accommodations are needed.

Can I change my order after the deposit is paid?

Yes, changes can be made up until 30 days prior to your event date. If you wish to change the quantity of items to less than the amount originally booked, you may do so if the decrease does not go below the 50% non-refundable deposit. An increase in the amount of items may be possible depending upon the inventory available. Your Delivery Fee may increase based on the size and quantity of pieces added.
